How to setup IMAP email into mobile phone for Android/iOS

Android  Phone :

1) Go to Play Store

2) Search for keywords 'Microsoft Outlook'

3) Install the apps.

4) Run the Outlook Icon in mobile home screen.

5) Add An Account, select IMAP 

6) Display Name: Your name

    Email Address: user@companydomain.com OR user@companydomain.com.my

    Email Password: Password

    Description: mail.companydomain.com OR mail.companydomain.com.my

7) Click 'NEXT' to done the email setup.

 

IPHONE AND IPAD :

1) Go to Apple Apps Store 

2) Search for keywords 'Microsoft Outlook'

3) Install the apps.

4) Run the apps after done installed.

5) Add An Account, select IMAP 

6) Email Address: user@companydomain.com OR user@companydomain.com.my

    Email Password: Password

    Display Name: Your name

    Description: mail.companydomain.com OR mail.companydomain.com.my

Remark: If the email is domain 

7) Click 'NEXT' to done the email setup.
