How to remote a PC using Anydesk

Step by step: 

1) Go to a browser and type 'anydesk.com'. Next, Click on 'Download Now'.


2) Once downloaded, on the bottom right of the download bar, click on the arrow icon and select 'Open'.


3) Anydesk will appear on your screen. Click on 'Install Anydesk'.


4) You will be directed to this page. Click on 'Accept & Install' to install Anydesk. 
Note: You will be prompted with administrative access, kindly request the access key from your IT personnel.


5) Once installed, on the upper left, copy the remote number and send it to our support team.

6) Our support team will assist you once connected to your PC.
