1. Copy Archive Email to IMAP folder
- (Easiest Way) Select Email with keyboard Shift + Mouse Left Click, using mouse Drag & Drop to the destination folder.
- (Alternative way) Select all email with keyboard Shift + A, Shift + C copy email, then head to the destination folder and Shift + V paste into it. (Note: It will take PC resources and time if for large size email)
2. Delete Archive Data Files after completed copied
i. In Outlook, select
File >
Info>
Account Settings >
Account Settings...
ii. Delete the Archive data file (file format usually
name.pst)
