Step by step:
1) First browse the website as domain.com.my/webmail or domain.my/webmail.
2) Log in email and password.
3) Click "Auto Responders" and click "Add Auto Responders".
3) Set the interval hours like 8 or 12 hours. To prevent the system send the auto mail responder again to the sender within the time period.
4) From [Company Name]
4) Fill in the subject. (On Leave, Annual Leave, Medical Leave, Business Traveling etc.)
5) Type your content in body, set the date time.
6) After finish typing click "Create/Modify".
